摘要

文章以某轨道交通线郑州东站冷冻加固类矩形盾构进、出洞土体为背景,介绍了冷冻法在进、出洞施工中的应用,包括方案设计、难点布置,冻结施工部署、工艺技术及解除冻结相关要求.该技术解决了类矩形盾构短距离同时始发和接收、近距离运营线路施工及洞门土体水平加固的难题,为类似工程提供了参考和借鉴.

Abstract

Taking the freezing reinforcement of soil at the quasi-rectangular shield entrance and exit tunnel portal in Zhengzhou East Station of a rail transit line as the background,this paper introduces the application of freezing method in the construction of entrance and exit tunnel portal,including scheme design,difficulty arrangement,freezing construction deployment,process technology and related requirements of unfreezing.This technology solves the problems of short-distance simultaneous launching and receiving of quasi-rectangular shield,construction near the operation lines,and horizontal reinforcement of tunnel portal soil,providing reference for similar engineering.
