在长大隧道施工中,随着隧道开挖进尺增加、供电线路增长和部分用电设备增多,电压下降明显,末端电压已达不到用电设备额定电压,影响设备使用寿命和正常工作,进而影响施工进度.原低压进洞的方式不能满足长大隧道施工要求,文章结合格鲁吉亚现代化铁路 9#特长隧道高压进洞供电的实践和用电分析,总结长大隧道高压进洞施工技术,旨在为隧道高压进洞供电施工提供参考.
High-voltage Entry into the Tunnel Power Supply Construction Technology for Long and Large Tunnel
In the construction of long and large tunnels,with the increase of tunnel excavation footage,the extension of power supply lines and the increase of some electrical equipment,the voltage decreases obviously,and the terminal voltage can not reach the rated voltage of electrical equipment,which affects the service life and normal operation of equipment,and then affects the construction progress.The original low-voltage entry into the tunnel method can not meet the requirements of long and large tunnel construction.Based on the practice and power consumption analysis of high-voltage entry into the tunnel power supply in 9#extra-long tunnel of Georgia modern railway,this paper summarizes the high-voltage entry into the tunnel construction technology in long and large tunnel,aiming to provide reference for the high-voltage entry into the tunnel power supply construction in tunnels.
