摘要

文章针对白居寺长江大桥制造过程中的重难点,为保证钢桁梁杆件的制造质量及节段拼装精度,对弦杆及锚固单元等重点构件制造精度、重要焊缝的焊接质量控制、试拼装精度控制等关键技术进行了研究,并应用于钢桁梁制造全过程,有效地解决了钢梁制造质量和精度控制难题,实现了项目的质量目标.

Abstract

In view of the key and difficult points in the manufacturing process of Baijusi Yangtze River Bridge,in order to ensure the manufacturing quality and segment assembly accuracy of steel truss beam rod members,this paper studies the key technologies such as the manufacturing accuracy of key components such as chord members and anchorage units,the welding quality control of important welded seams,and the accuracy control of trial assembly,and applies them to the whole process of steel truss beam manufacturing.It effectively solves the problem of steel beam manufacturing quality and accuracy control,and realizes the quality goal of the project.
