摘要

文章结合潼南某大桥工程施工实例,阐述了公路桥梁主塔承台施工工艺流程及施工技术要点,主要包括钢围堰加工、吊装、定位下沉、封底、承台及系梁施工等.主塔承台及系梁采用双圆形双壁钢围堰进行施工,满足了水流冲击条件下各项施工技术要求,降低了施工风险,节约了工程投资,可为类似条件下的公路桥梁主塔承台施工提供一定的借鉴与参考.

Abstract

Based on the construction example of a bridge project in Tongnan,this paper expounds the construction process flow and key construction technical points of the main tower bearing platform of highway bridge,mainly including steel cofferdam processing,hoisting,positioning and sinking,bottom sealing,bearing platform and binder construction,etc.The main tower bearing platform and binder are constructed by double circular double-wall steel cofferdam,which meets the various construction technical requirements under the condition of water flow impact,reduces the construction risks and saves the project investment.It can provide some reference for the construction of main tower bearing platform of highway bridge under similar conditions.
