Research on the Construction Method of Curve-Surfaced and Special-shaped"Inner Concrete and Outer Steel"Tower Column
The main tower structure of curve-surfaced and special-shaped"inner concrete and outer steel"cable-stayed bridge is novel,and the bridge tower has the characteristics of complex structure and peculiar shape.The construction of the bridge tower is faced with many problems,such as many steel structure hoisting segments,high installation accuracy requirements,and difficult concrete pouring.Based on the engineering example of Haihua Island sea-crossing 3#bridge,this paper summarizes the key and difficult points of tower column construction,and studies the overall construction scheme and construction process measures of the main tower,including steel structure assembly and hoisting process,bridge tower installation control and measurement and so on,which can provide reference for similar engineering.
