基于红外光谱的二氧化碳现场检测技术应用

准确检测非烃类气体一直是随钻勘探技术的难题.为了在随钻中及时、准确地识别二氧化碳(CO2),文章进行了基于红外光谱的CO2 随钻检测方法探索.基于红外光谱分析原理,对气体红外光谱数据进行预处理、定性分析和定量分析,进一步分析天然气红外光谱的区域及影响因素.为排除钻井液、储层流体性质及工程参数等多重因素的影响,可采用气体真假显示判断、利用基值线划分显示、平均值求取和显示程度划分等手段来定性判断CO2 的存在.莺琼盆地WC构造应用结果表明,基于红外光谱的CO2 检测手段可以有效识别随钻中的CO2,该WC构造的珠江组二段和珠海组一段地层普遍存在CO2,表明该项技术具有良好的应用价值.
The Application of Carbon Dioxide Field Detection Technology Based on Infrared Spectroscopy
Accurate detection of non-hydrocarbon gases has always been a difficult problem in exploration while drilling technology.In order to timely and accurately identify carbon dioxide(CO2)while drilling,this paper explores the detection while drilling method of CO2based on infrared spectroscopy.Based on the principle of infrared spectroscopy analysis,the infrared spectroscopy data of gas are preprocessed,qualitatively analyzed and quantitatively analyzed,and the region and influencing factors of natural gas infrared spectroscopy are further analyzed.In order to eliminate the influence of multiple factors such as drilling fluid,reservoir fluid properties and engineering parameters,the existence of CO2 can be qualitatively judged by means of gas true and false display judgment,base line division display,average value calculation and display degree division.The application results of WC structure in Yingqiong Basin show that the CO2 detection method based on infrared spectroscopy can effectively identify CO2 in drilling.CO2 generally exists in the second member of Pearl River Formation and the first member of Zhuhai Formation of WC structure,indicating that this technology has good application value.
