Construction Process of Prefabricated Reinforced Concrete Solid Square Pile in Construction Engineering
This paper provides a detailed analysis of the construction of prestressed concrete solid square piles.By calculating the effective prestress on the concrete of pile body section and the cracking moment of pile body normal section,the mechanical performance information of the prestressed concrete square pile is checked,and the quality of prestressed concrete is controlled to meet the standards and the steel is controlled to meet the requirements of tensile capacity.From the perspectives of lifting and stacking square piles,hammer piling,and static pressure sinking piles,the construction processes of prefabricated reinforced concrete solid square piles are analyzed.When carrying out the construction site management work,it is necessary to efficiently manage the pile foundation construction and other conditions to make the construction technical indicators meet the design requirements.
