外掺剂对水泥浆的影响试验分析

在砂卵石地层中,采用高压旋喷桩结合桩锚的方式是值得研究的方向,但由于砂卵石地层粒径较大的卵石会对高压旋喷桩成桩产生阻碍作用,文章针对这一问题,进行了室内试验,探究了外掺剂对水泥净浆的影响.研究结构表明,膨润土和抗分散剂对水泥净浆的包裹性和水泥浆液的扩散都有较好的改善效果.随着膨润土掺量的增加,水泥浆液的析水率逐渐降低.
In the sandy pebble stratum,the method of combining high-pressure rotary jet pile and pile anchor is worth studying.However,because pebbles with large particle size in sandy pebble stratum will hinder the formation of high-pressure rotary jet pile,the indoor test is carried out to explore the influence of additive agent on cement slurry.The research structure shows that bentonite and anti-dispersing agent have good improvement effect on the encapsulation of cement slurry and the diffusion of cement slurry.With the increase of bentonite content,the water extraction rate of cement slurry decreases gradually.
