文章针对铝合金模板施工混凝土表面的气泡问题,分析了气泡的形成机制和影响因素,通过现场调查和室内试验,从模板表面清理、脱模剂、振捣方法、入模温度等方面出发,提出了有效的控制对策.研究结果表明,模板表面清理对混凝土气泡的产生有重要影响,模板表面如果有混凝土残渣或其他杂物,会阻碍气泡排出,导致气泡附着在模板表面,形成气泡孔;在各种脱模剂中,水性脱模剂的润滑度最高,能有效减少混凝土气泡的产生,而油性脱模剂的润滑度最低,易造成混凝土气泡增多;入模温度过低会导致混凝土流动性差、气泡排出困难,同时也会影响混凝土的强度发展,从而降低混凝土的承载能力和抗裂性能.
Aiming at the problem of bubbles on the concrete surface in aluminum alloy formwork construction,this paper analyzes the formation mechanism and influencing factors of bubbles.Through field investigation and indoor test,effective control countermeasures are put forward from the aspects of formwork surface cleaning,releasing agent,vibration method and molding temperature.The research results show that the formwork surface cleaning has an important influence on the generation of concrete bubbles,and if there are concrete residues or other debris on the surface of the formwork,it will hinder the discharge of bubbles,resulting in bubbles attaching to the surface of the formwork and forming bubble holes;among various releasing agents,the water-based releasing agent has the highest lubrication degree,which can effectively reduce the generation of concrete bubbles,while the oil-based releasing agent has the lowest lubrication degree,which is easy to cause the increase of concrete bubbles;if the molding temperature is too low,it will lead to poor fluidity of concrete and difficult discharge of bubbles,and it will also affect the strength development of concrete at the same time,thus reducing the bearing capacity and crack resistance of the concrete.
