The crack in web and bottom plate is one of the common diseases in concrete box girder bridges.Structural cracks will seriously affect the structural safety and reduce the durability of the structure.Based on the concrete box girder bridge,on the basis of data collection and special detection,the finite element software is used for numerical simulation analysis,and the parameter sensitivity analysis of the main influencing factors of the crack disease is carried out.It is concluded that the prestress loss is the main cause of the crack disease.Through the comprehensive reinforcement measures of adding external prestressing in the box,adding steel truss intermediate diaphragm,and pasting steel plate on the bottom plate,the disease of box girder is treated pertinently.The verification results after reinforcement show that the bearing capacity and stiffness of the box girder are improved and the stress distribution of the main girder section is improved after the above reinforcement measures are taken,which can effectively inhibit the development of cracks in the later stage.
