In order to improve the construction quality of prefabricated buildings,this paper first summarizes the prefabricated building system,then takes a high-rise residential building as the research object to analyze the frequency,causes and manifestations of common problems in the production and construction links of prefabricated building components based on the Pareto Diagram method.Subsequently,a three-dimensional model of prefabricated building is established based on BIM technology,and the construction links such as production,transportation,hoisting and assembly of components are simulated.The research results show that BIM technology can effectively solve the construction problems and reduce the construction cost,so as to further promote the sustainable development of building engineering.
