目前高校建筑具有较强的综合性及大规模特点,由于多区域、多方式交叉施工,施工难度加大,智能建造技术逐渐成为提高建筑工程效率、质量和可持续发展水平的重要手段.大数据及人工智能技术的不断进步,为智能建造技术的发展提供了强大支撑.文章旨在从大数据和BIM技术的协同效应出发,将数字化技术引入多区域、多工序交融的大型项目中,构建基于BIM技术的信息数据管理模式,为大型综合建筑智能化施工提供可行的技术方案,具有较强的应用价值.
Research on Intelligent Construction Management of Comprehensive Building in University Based on BIM Technology in the Big Data Environment
At present,buildings in the university have strong comprehensive and large-scale characteristics.Due to the multi-region and multi-mode cross construction,the difficulty of construction has increased.Intelligent construction technology has gradually become an important means to improve the efficiency,quality and sustainable development level of construction projects.The continuous progress of big data and Artificial Intelligence technology has provided strong support for the development of intelligent construction technology.Starting from the synergistic effect of big data and BIM technology,this paper aims to introduce digital technology into large-scale projects with multi-region and multi-procedure integration,build an information data management mode based on BIM technology,and provide feasible technical solutions for intelligent construction of large-scale comprehensive buildings,which has strong application value.
