摘要
随着国家全过程咨询试点工作的推行,工程造价咨询已经成为工程造价管理的重要组成部分,文章分析了市政项目各阶段的造价咨询控制要点,并以某大型垃圾焚烧项目为例,结合实践,进行了项目全过程造价咨询管理研究.各阶段的造价咨询工作既能控制市政项目的整体成本,也能提升咨询企业的管理水平,可对类似市政项目或其他全过程造价咨询项目起到借鉴及参考作用.
Abstract
With the implementation of the national whole process consulting pilot work,engineering cost consulting has become an important part of engineering cost management.This paper analyzes the key points of cost consulting and control in each stage of municipal projects,and takes a large-scale waste incineration project as an example to study the whole process cost consulting management of the project.The cost consulting work in each stage can not only control the overall cost of the municipal project,but also improve the management level of consulting enterprises.It can be used as a reference for similar municipal projects or other whole process cost consulting projects.
