Research on the Application of BIM Technology in Road Engineering Design
In the digital wave of the construction industry,BIM technology has become a key force to promote the development of road engineering design.The application of BIM technology not only represents the transition from traditional 2D drawings to comprehensive 3D digital design,but also marks a shift in project management from linear and isolated workflow to collaborative and integrated process.Therefore,this paper deeply discusses the related concepts of BIM technology,and analyzes the specific application of BIM technology in road engineering design,in order to achieve the goals of design optimization decision-making,improving construction efficiency,reducing project risks,and enhancing project sustainability.
