摘要

常泰长江大桥主航道桥6#墩采用超大台阶型钢沉井基础,为解决超大型钢沉井快速定位、精确着床的难题,该沉井定位系统创新采用"锚墩+大抓力锚"相结合的方式,整个定位系统由锚墩、大抓力锚、大直径钢丝绳、液压连续千斤顶及智能张拉控制系统组成,边锚采用大抓力锚,同时应用了大抓力锚防走锚技术和缆绳快速安装技术.

Abstract

The 6#pier of the main channel bridge of Changtai Yangtze River Bridge adopts the super-large stepped steel open caisson foundation.In order to solve the problem of rapid positioning and precise landing of the super-large steel open caisson,the open caisson positioning system innovatively adopts the combination of"anchor pier+high holding power anchor".The whole positioning system is composed of anchor pier,high holding power anchor,large-diameter steel rope,hydraulic continuous jack and intelligent tensioning control system.The side anchor adopts high holding power anchor,and the high holding power anchor anti-moving technology and cable fast installation technology are applied.
