文章以中川机场T3航站楼连接线高架桥门架墩钢盖梁为例,参考《公路钢结构桥梁设计规范》(JTG D64-2015)进行研究,明确钢盖梁的结构设计思路,确定钢盖梁的腹板厚度及其加劲肋的合理设置形式,对主要受力部位支座位置、墩梁连接处进行构造设计,同时通过有限元模型进行整体、局部分析,对受控制截面的局部应力、稳定性进行验证.通过研究明确了门架墩钢盖梁的最不利设计控制因素,可供后续工程设计参考.
The Design of Steel Bent Cap of Portal Frame Pier on Zhongchuan Airport Terminal 3 Connecting Line
Taking the steel bent cap of the portal frame pier of Zhongchuan Airport Terminal 3 Connecting Line viaduct as an example,this paper refers to the Specifications for Design of Highway Steel Bridges(JTG D64-2015)for research,clarifies the structural design idea of the steel bent cap,determines the web thickness of the steel bent cap and the reasonable setting form of its stiffening rib,and carries out the structural design of the bearing position of the main bearing part and the connection between the pier and the beam.At the same time,the overall and local analysis is conducted through the finite element model to verify the local stress and stability of the controlled section.Through the research,the most unfavorable design control factors of the steel bent cap of the portal frame pier are clarified,which can be used as a reference for subsequent engineering design.
