Research on the Construction Technology and Quality Control Point of Diamond-shaped Hanging Basket Cantilever Pouring for the Main Beam of Extradosed Cable-stayed Bridge
In order to ensure the construction quality of extradosed cable-stayed bridge,this paper takes the bridge structure on Hangzhou 235 National Highway across Tiao River as the research object,analyzes the cantilever pouring construction technology of extradosed cable-stayed bridge from the aspects of hanging basket construction,beam segment construction and stayed cable construction,and analyzes the key points of cantilever pouring quality control of extradosed cable-stayed bridge from the aspects of linear control,cable force control and stress control.The research results can provide theoretical reference for similar bridge construction.
