摘要

为保证矮塔斜拉桥施工质量,文章以杭州235国道中上跨苕溪桥梁结构为研究对象,从挂篮施工、梁体节段施工、斜拉索施工等方面出发,分析了矮塔斜拉桥悬臂浇筑施工工艺,并从线形控制、索力控制、应力控制等方面出发,分析了矮塔斜拉桥悬臂浇筑质量控制要点,研究成果可为类似桥梁工程施工提供理论参考.

Abstract

In order to ensure the construction quality of extradosed cable-stayed bridge,this paper takes the bridge structure on Hangzhou 235 National Highway across Tiao River as the research object,analyzes the cantilever pouring construction technology of extradosed cable-stayed bridge from the aspects of hanging basket construction,beam segment construction and stayed cable construction,and analyzes the key points of cantilever pouring quality control of extradosed cable-stayed bridge from the aspects of linear control,cable force control and stress control.The research results can provide theoretical reference for similar bridge construction.
