摘要
文章通过介绍人工湖水体循环净化系统的施工工艺原理、技术特点、技术流程和施工质量控制操作要点,在湖底、坡面铺设天然钠基膨润土防水毯,进行防水防渗,敷设中水平预埋式聚氯乙烯(PVC)管,并与人工湖坡面预埋式PVC管牢牢衔接,确保湖体污染物在后期通过抽水泵的作用被渗透、吸附、分解、转化、外排等.在施工过程中,对人工湖开挖、膨润型土防水毯铺设、生化反应层铺设的施工质量进行控制,避免因质量不达标等问题而出现返工,有利于降低人工成本,提高经济效益.
Abstract
This paper introduces the construction process principles,technical characteristics,technical process and construction quality control operation points of the artificial lake water body circulation purification system.The natural sodium based bentonite waterproof blanket is laid on the bottom and slope surface of the lake to carry out waterproofing and seepage prevention,and the horizontal pre-embedded polyvinyl chloride(PVC)pipes are laid and firmly connected with the pre-embedded PVC pipes on the slope surface of the artificial lake to ensure that the pollutants in the lake are infiltrated,adsorbed,decomposed,transformed and discharged by the action of the water pump in the later stage.In the construction process,the construction quality of artificial lake excavation,bentonite waterproof blanket laying and biochemical reaction layer laying should be controlled to avoid rework due to problems such as substandard quality,which is conducive to reducing labor costs and improving economic benefits.
