钻孔灌注桩作为一种常见的桩基形式,其承载能力和稳定性对高层建筑的安全性具有重要影响.考虑到地质条件的复杂性及建筑物自身对基础承载力和沉降性能的高要求,文章采用了钻孔灌注桩后注浆技术,对钻孔灌注桩进行加强.通过精确控制注浆材料、压力,有效提高了桩体与周围土壤的结合度,增强了桩基的整体承载能力和稳定性.对试桩PE-01进行承载能力和沉降性能测试,结果显示,试桩在荷载达到7 000 kN时仍保持良好的稳定性,满足设计要求,证实了钻孔灌注桩后注浆技术在高层住宅楼等重要工程中具有一定的应用前景.
The Application of Bored Pile Post Grouting Technology in the Foundation Construction of High-rise Residential Building
As a common form of pile foundation,the bearing capacity and stability of bored piles have an important impact on the safety of high-rise buildings.Considering the complexity of geological conditions and the high requirements for foundation bearing capacity and settlement performance of buildings themselves,the bored pile post grouting technology is adopted to strengthen the bored piles.By accurately controlling the grouting materials and pressure,the bonding degree between the pile body and the surrounding soil is effectively improved,and the overall bearing capacity and stability of the pile foundation are enhanced.The bearing capacity and settlement performance of the test pile PE-01 were tested.The results show that the test pile still maintains good stability when the load reaches 7 000 kN,which meets the design requirements.It is confirmed that the bored pile post grouting technology has a certain application prospect in important engineering such as high-rise residential buildings.
