文章通过试验测试、有限元计算和实际工程应用,对超高性能混凝土-钢管混凝土(UHPC-CFST)复合结构的握裹力提升方法进行研究,针对UHPC-CFST结构,采用钢管粗糙化处理、施加预应力及添加钢纤维等措施,以提高握裹力.研究发现,施加预应力能有效增强钢管与混凝土之间的握裹力;添加钢纤维对握裹力的提升作用较小;对钢管进行粗糙化处理,能显著提高握裹力.这些握裹力提升方法的应用将为建筑工程项目提供可靠的解决方案.
Abstract
The method of improving the gripping force of ultra-high performance concrete-concrete-filled steel tube(UHPC-CFST)composite structure is studied through experimental test,finite element calculation,and practical engineering application.For UHPC-CFST structure,measures such as roughening steel tubes,applying prestress,and adding steel fibers are adopted to improve the gripping force.Research has found that applying prestress can effectively enhance the gripping force between steel tube and concrete;adding steel fibers has little effect on the improvement of gripping force;roughening steel tubes can significantly improve the gripping force.The application of these gripping force improvement methods will provide reliable solutions for construction engineering projects.
