高模量沥青混合料疲劳自愈合性能研究

摘要
为研究高模量沥青混合料自愈合性能的影响因素,文章通过四点弯曲疲劳试验,得到归一化劲度次数积所对应的模量和疲劳寿命,研究在不同沥青用量、空隙率、愈合温度和愈合时间下高模量沥青混合料的劲度模量恢复率和疲劳寿命恢复率.结果表明,疲劳寿命恢复率随沥青用量和自愈合时间的增加而增加,空隙率为3.5%、自愈合温度为60℃时疲劳寿命恢复率达到极大值.沥青用量、空隙率和自愈合温度对劲度模量恢复率的影响都存在最佳点,劲度模量恢复率随愈合时间呈指数增加.
Abstract
In order to study the influencing factors of self-healing performance of high modulus asphalt mixture,this paper obtains the modulus and fatigue life corresponding to the normalized stiffness and cycle product by four-point bending fatigue test.The stiffness modulus recovery rate and fatigue life recovery rate of high modulus asphalt mixture under different asphalt dosage,void ratio,healing temperature and healing time are studied.The results show that the fatigue life recovery rate increases with the increase of asphalt dosage and self-healing time;when the void ratio is 3.5%and the self-healing temperature is 60℃,the fatigue life recovery rate reaches the maximum value.The effects of asphalt dosage,void ratio,and self-healing temperature on the stiffness modulus recovery rate have the optimal point,and the stiffness modulus recovery rate increases exponentially with the healing time.
