高速公路基层横向裂缝检测与控制研究

文章以某公路基层为研究对象,通过红外热成像试验和正交试验,在不同工况下对公路基层横向裂缝展开研究.研究表明,由于公路基层材料的热导率不同,从而造成路面存在温度差异,并且横向裂缝对应的检测部位温度最高.试验试样的无侧限抗压强度随水泥掺量及含水率的增加而增大,同时,在湿润环境下,有助于早期强度的发展.
Research on Detection and Control of Transverse Crack in Expressway Base Course
Taking a highway base course as the research object,this paper studies the transverse cracks in highway base course under different working conditions through infrared thermal imaging test and orthogonal test.Research has shown that due to different thermal conductivity of highway base course materials,there is a temperature difference on the road surface,and the temperature of the detection site corresponding to the transverse crack is the highest.The unconfined compressive strength of the test sample increases with the increase of cement content and water content,and it is helpful to the development of early strength in the humid environment.
