钢栈桥全寿命周期设计计算研究

文章以某钢栈桥为工程背景,采用ANSYS有限元软件,进行搭设阶段、正常营运阶段、拆除阶段的全寿命周期结构分析.结果表明,最大竖向挠度、最大应力和杆件最大轴力均不在运营阶段出现,其中,最大挠度出现在搭设阶段,最大应力和最大轴力均出现在拆除阶段.这说明运营阶段不一定是钢栈桥的最不利阶段,为确保钢栈桥的安全,应对钢栈桥进行整个寿命周期的设计计算.
Research on the Full Life Cycle Design and Calculation of the Steel Trestle
Based on the engineering background of a steel trestle,this paper uses ANSYS finite element software to conduct a full life cycle structural analysis of the erection stage,the normal operation stage and the demolition stage.The results show that the maximum vertical deflection,the maximum stress and the maximum axial force of the rod do not appear in the operation stage.Among them,the maximum deflection appears in the erection stage,and the maximum stress and the maximum axial force both appear in the demolition stage.This shows that the operation stage is not necessarily the most unfavorable stage for the steel trestle.In order to ensure the safety of the steel trestle,the design and calculation of the full life cycle of the steel trestle should be carried out.
