摘要
在新型城市及城镇化建设中存在盲目扩张、规划性较弱等问题,文章阐述了新型城镇化发展趋势及特点,以及新型城镇化发展与片区综合开发的关系,分析了新型城镇化背景下片区综合开发模式,并研究了片区综合开发工作及实施要点,旨在为实现政府和投资方的双赢提供新的开发模式,为同类条件下的城镇化建设提供借鉴和参考.
Abstract
In the construction of new cities and urbanization,there are problems such as blind expansion and weak planning.This paper expounds the development trend and characteristics of new urbanization,as well as the relationship between the development of new urbanization and the comprehensive development of the area,analyzes the comprehensive development mode of the area under the background of new urbanization,and studies the area comprehensive development work and implementation points,aiming at providing a new development mode for the realization of a win-win situation between the government and investors,and providing reference for the urbanization construction under similar conditions.
