建筑工程桩基检测中存在的问题及优化策略研究

桩基是建筑工程的一种常见的基础形式,负责将结构负荷传递至深层稳定地层.其属于隐蔽工程,施工后不易直接观察,质量检测具有一定的难度.文章深入探讨了建筑桩基检测存在的问题,从两方面提出建筑桩基检测质量的提高策略,一方面是加强检测人员培训和交底,另一方面是基于检孔器、测锤法(动测法)、静载试验法及超声波透射法等构建综合检测体系.这些方法的综合应用能更全面地评估桩基的质量状况,文章研究成果可为类似建筑桩基检测提供理论指导.
Pile foundation is a common foundation form in building engineering,which is responsible for transferring structural load to deep stable strata.It belongs to concealed engineering,which is difficult to observe directly after construction,and the quality detection has certain difficulty.This paper deeply discusses the problems existing in the building pile foundation detection,and puts forward strategies to improve the quality of the building pile foundation detection from two aspects:strengthening the training and disclosure of detection personnel;constructing a comprehensive detection system based on the hole detector,hammer method(dynamic test method),static load test method and ultrasonic transmission method,etc.The comprehensive application of these methods can evaluate the quality of pile foundation more comprehensively.The research results can provide theoretical guidance for similar building pile foundation detection.
