T梁作为一种常见的预应力混凝土桥梁结构形式,以其良好的结构性能和经济效益被广泛应用于各类桥梁工程中.然而,在施工和使用过程中,T梁常常出现孔道偏差,严重影响桥梁的正常使用.文章结合实际工程案例,利用有限元分析软件进行数据建模,分析孔道位置偏差对T梁横向变形的影响.研究结果表明,T梁体的横桥向变形量与孔道偏位量之间存在正比关系,长40 m及以下的预制T梁,允许的最大孔道偏差为10 mm.
As a common form of prestressed concrete bridge structure,T-beam is widely used in various bridge engineering because of its good structural performance and economic benefits.However,in the process of construction and use,T-beam often experiences hole deviation,which seriously affects the normal use of the bridge.Combined with the actual engineering case,this paper uses the finite element analysis software to conduct data modeling to analyze the influence of the hole position deviation on the transverse deformation of the T-beam.The results show that there is a proportional relationship between the transverse deformation of the T-beam and the deviation of the hole,and the maximum allowable hole deviation is 10 mm for the prefabricated T-beam with a length of 40 m or less.
