At present,asphalt concrete core wall technology has been widely used in water conservancy and hydropower construction engineering in China.With the continuous improvement and maturity of the technology,a complete construction process has been formed,but the differences in project construction areas and climatic conditions will lead to differences in the construction quality of asphalt concrete core wall.The technical points of the construction process of asphalt concrete core wall are discussed according to the environmental characteristics of Xinjiang region,and the experimental research and quality inspection of asphalt concrete core wall are carried out.The results show that there is a little inhomogeneity in asphalt concrete core wall,but the overall index meets the design requirements,which aims to provide reference for similar engineering cases.
