In order to improve the quality of road construction and reduce pavement diseases such as cracks and dents,this paper takes a highway renovation project in China as the research object to discuss the application of asphalt concrete road construction technology in road construction.Research has found that in the application process of asphalt concrete road construction technology,the construction design should be done in advance,and the construction process should be strictly followed in the maintenance management process,and the corresponding test work should be carried out after the maintenance is completed.Compared with the past,the pavement quality of the renovated highway project has been significantly improved,and the flatness,deflection value and compaction degree all meet the relevant design standards.It is recommended to promote and apply the asphalt concrete road construction technology in the highway renovation projects.
