文章以某工程项目为例,深入探究高速公路路基路面施工现场管理要点.从研究结果看,现场管理包含质量管理、进度管理、造价管理、安全管理四点,管理人员需结合工况采取针对性管理对策,保障路基路面施工高质量开展.
Abstract
Taking an engineering project as an example,this paper deeply explores the key points of site management of expressway subgrade and pavement construction.From the research results,site management includes four aspects:quality management,schedule management,cost management and safety management.Management personnel need to take targeted management measures in combination with working conditions to ensure the high-quality development of subgrade and pavement construction.
