道路与桥梁施工中现浇混凝土的质量通病及解决措施分析

摘要
混凝土是建筑施工的重要建筑材料,混凝土浇筑是混凝土施工的关键工作,其质量直接影响工程整体质量.因此,在道路与桥梁施工中,混凝土材料及现浇混凝土受到施工单位和施工人员的重点关注.文章重点分析了道路桥梁施工中现浇混凝土的质量通病,包括水分配比不精确,棱角损坏问题;材料选择与配比不合理,强度低;比例与工艺不规范引起蜂窝状态,并提出了相应的解决措施,希望为施工人员提供参考.
Abstract
Concrete is an important building material for building construction.Concrete pouring is the key work of concrete construction,and its quality directly affects the overall quality of the engineering.Therefore,in the construction of roads and bridges,concrete materials and cast-in-place concrete are of great concern to construction units and construction personnel.This paper focuses on the analysis of the common quality problems of cast-in-place concrete in road and bridge construction,including inaccurate moisture ratio,damage to edges and corners;unreasonable material selection and matching ratio,low strength;the honeycomb state caused by the non-standard proportion and process,and puts forward corresponding solutions,hoping to provide reference for the construction personnel.
