摘要
文章阐述了天津市山区的地质环境条件和地质灾害发育特征,指出了其威胁对象和诱发因素.在诱发因素中,除暴雨外,切坡建房、道路建设是人类工程活动中的主要因素.在此基础上,剖析了天津市地质灾害监测预警体系结构,旨在为政府部门防灾减灾提供科学决策依据.
Abstract
This paper expounds the geological environment conditions and the development characteristics of geological disasters in the mountainous areas of Tianjin City,and points out the threat objects and inducing factors.Among the inducing factors,in addition to rainstorm,slope cutting for house building and road construction are the main factors in human engineering activities.On this basis,the structure of geological disaster monitoring and early warning system in Tianjin City is analyzed,which aims to provide scientific decision-making basis for government's departments to prevent and reduce disasters.
