摘要

针对河道水质发臭、淤泥堆积的问题,文章提出一种有效处理河道黑臭淤泥的施工技术,通过筛分除杂、砂水分离、泥水分离模块,结合采用PLC+GPRS控制系统实行远程监控.施工过程中严格把控操作要点,包括施工前准备工作、场地清理基础铺垫和河底清淤、设备组装和进泥调试、杂质分离、砂分离、泥水分离等,通过把控进泥量控制淤泥处理速率,确定絮凝剂的添加量、搅拌速率参数等控制质量,进而实现项目的输出与收益最大化目标.

Abstract

Aiming at the problem of odorous water and sludge accumulation in river channels,this paper proposes an effective construction technology to treat the black and odorous sludge in the river channel through sieving and impurity removal,sand-water separation,mud-water separation module and combined with the use of PLC+GPRS control system for remote monitoring.In the construction process,the key operation points should be strictly controlled,including pre-construction preparation,site cleaning,foundation bedding and riverbed dredging,equipment assembly and mud entering commissioning,impurity separation,sand separation,mud-water separation,etc.By controlling the mud entering amount to control the sludge treatment rate,determining flocculant dosage,stirring rate parameters to control quality,the goal of maximizing project output and profit can be achieved.
