摘要

供水管网风险评估作为风险防控管理手段,能为管网工程措施前置提供数据支撑,实现风险预防.文章介绍了三种供水管网风险评估模型,并选择上海市某区域,基于上海市地方标准《城市供水管网安全风险评估技术规范》(DB31/T 1332-2021)及该区域管网特征,进行了供水管网风险评估.结合风险评估结果与目标区域管网实际情况,对评估模型进行了优化,进一步提升了评估结果的可靠性.

Abstract

As a means of risk prevention and control management,the risk assessment of water supply pipe network can provide data support for the pre-engineering measures of pipe network and realize risk prevention.This paper introduces three risk assessment models of water supply pipe network,and selects a certain area in Shanghai to carry out risk assessment of water supply pipe network based on Shanghai local standard Technical Specification of Safety Risk Assessment for Urban Water Supply Pipelines Network(DB31/T 1332-2021)and the characteristics of water supply pipe network in this area.Combined with the risk assessment results and the actual situation of the pipe network in the target area,the assessment model is optimized to further improve the reliability of the assessment results.
