Risk Assessment,Control, and Deformation Prediction of Structural Protection for Tunnel Group Undercrossing Existing Subway Operating Tunnel
This paper takes the example of five shield tunnels with different diameters densely undercrossing the operating interval tunnel of Metro Line 8 to study the influence of shield tunnel group undercrossing on the deformation of existing tunnels, evaluate the existing risks of subway structural protection, propose relevant control concepts, and use finite element software Midas GTS NX to simulate the construction process of tunnel group undercrossing Metro Line 8.The results shows that the maximum cumulative horizontal displacement and settlement of the upper and lower structures of the existing subway tunnel are 1.74 mm and 10.46 mm respectively, which do not exceed the warning value. The research can provide technical management references for the construction of single-line,multi-line or different-diameter shield tunnels undercrossing existing subway operating tunnels.
