摘要

某高速公路高海拔山岭隧道穿越活动断层富水破碎带施工过程中,多次发生大面积突泥涌水.为安全有效处治并通过断层破碎带,结合既往施工技术经验,因地制宜,总结出"探、泄、固、挖"的总体思路,实施"帷幕注浆+水平旋喷桩+超前中管棚+微台阶法开挖"的科学注浆开挖方式,取得了较好处治效果.文章研究内容可为类似隧道灾害处治提供经验.

Abstract

During the construction of an expressway high-altitude mountain tunnel crossing the water-rich fracture zone of active faults,a large area of mud and water inrush occurred many times.In order to safely and effectively treat and pass through the fault fracture zone,combined with the previous construction technology experience,according to local conditions,the general idea of"exploration,drainage,consolidation and excavation"is summarized,and the scientific grouting excavation method of"curtain grouting+horizontal jet grouting pile+advanced middle pipe roof+micro-benching excavation"is implemented,which has achieved good treatment effect.The research content of this paper can provide experience for similar tunnel disaster treatment.
