地铁车站基坑涌水涌砂防治施工工法研究

地铁车站基坑地下连续墙出现渗水漏水现象,应及时处治,限制涌水涌砂现象发生,保证施工安全.文章以广州白云站某标段为例,阐述了地下连续墙接缝轻微渗漏水和严重渗漏水情况下的应急处治施工工法,以及高压化学注浆堵漏施工和深孔注浆施工两种治理涌水涌砂的注浆施工工艺.研究结果表明,广州白云站某标段采取该涌水涌砂处治施工工法与施工工艺,及时解决了涌水涌砂问题,有效地保证了基坑施工安全及施工进度.
Research on Construction Method for Prevention and Control of Water and Sand Gushing in Subway Station Foundation Pit
The underground continuous wall in subway station foundation pit has the phenomenon of water seepage and leakage,which should be treated in time to limit the occurrence of water and sand gushing and ensure the construction safety.Taking a bid section of Baiyun Station in Guangzhou as an example,this paper expounds the emergency treatment construction methods for slight and severe leakage of underground continuous wall joints,as well as two grouting construction technologies of high-pressure chemical grouting plugging construction and deep hole grouting construction to control water and sand gushing.The research results show that the construction methods and technologies for water and sand gushing treatment adopted in a bid section of Baiyun Station in Guangzhou solve the problem of water and sand gushing in time and effectively ensure the safety and progress of foundation pit construction.
