大体积混凝土在路桥工程中的应用日益广泛,但由于其体积庞大、施工环境复杂,抗裂技术成为保障工程质量的重要环节.文章以桥梁承台工程施工中的大体积混凝土抗裂技术为研究对象,深入探讨了温度裂缝、收缩裂缝控制技术.在温度裂缝控制方面,详细阐述了调控混凝土配制等具体措施;在收缩裂缝控制方面,讨论了控制浇筑速度和厚度等具体措施,以期为路桥建设工程施工中大体积混凝土的抗裂设计和实施提供参考.
The Application of Mass Concrete Crack Resistance Technology in Bridge Bearing Platform Construction
Mass concrete is widely used in road and bridge engineering.However,due to its large volume and complex construction environment,crack resistance technology has become an important link to ensure the quality of the engineering.This paper takes the mass concrete crack resistance technology in the construction of bridge bearing platform engineering as the research object,and deeply discusses the control technology of temperature crack and shrinkage crack.In terms of temperature crack control,specific measures such as regulating concrete preparation are elaborated in detail;in terms of shrinkage crack control,specific measures such as controlling pouring speed and thickness are discussed,in order to provide reference for the crack resistance design and implementation of mass concrete in road and bridge engineering construction.
