小导管注浆方法在软土路基不均匀沉降处治中的应用研究

摘要
针对软土路基不均匀沉降常用处治方法工期长、费用大等问题,文章总结了小导管注浆方法的优势,采用理论计算法得到小导管注浆方法对于软土路基不均匀沉降的预期处治效果,并基于施工工艺提出小导管注浆施工段落范围与参数确定方法、施工流程及过程质量控制相关指标,结合江苏典型软土路基高速通启高速公路小导管注浆工程实例,论证了小导管注浆法在软土路基不均匀沉降处治中的应用效果.
Abstract
Aiming at the problems of long construction period and high cost of common treatment methods for uneven settlement of soft soil subgrade,this paper summarizes the advantages of small duct grouting method,and obtains the expected treatment effect of small duct grouting method for uneven settlement of soft soil subgrade by theoretical calculation method.Based on the construction technology,the method of determining the scope and parameters of small duct grouting construction section,the construction process and the related indexes of process quality control are put forward.Combined with the example of small duct grouting engineering of Tongqi Expressway with typical soft soil surgrade in Jiangsu,the application effect of small duct grouting method in the treatment of uneven settlement of soft soil subgrade is demonstrated.
