为解决人工码垛效率低、不安全问题,在线码垛的局限性问题,以及机器人码垛的高费用问题等,文章研究了一种自重力驱动码垛装置.装置内回转体发生旋转,直至托载端带动物料旋转至低势位,从而在物料自身重力的作用下驱动回转体旋转,进而实现对物料的运输.该装置可在不使用能源的情况下自动完成钢管切割后的码垛工作,对企业来说能起到降本增效的作用,还能使企业的生产环境更加安全.
Research on Self-gravity Driven Palletizing Device for Steel Pipe Cutting
In order to solve the problems of low efficiency and insecurity of manual palletizing,the limitations of online palletizing,and the high cost of robot palletizing,this paper studies a self-gravity driven palletizing device.The rotating body in the device rotates until the carrying end drives the material to rotate to a low position,so as to drive the rotating body to rotate under the action of the gravity of the material itself,and then realize the transportation of the material.The device can automatically complete the palletizing work after steel pipe cutting without using energy,which can play a role in reducing cost and increasing efficiency for enterprises,and also make the production environment in enterprises safer.
