道路施工质量直接关系到道路整体的服役性能和使用寿命,但是传统手动控制机械的施工精度得不到保证,难以满足当前的施工要求,公路工程施工机械自动化、智能化已成为硬性需求.因此,文章结合路基施工标准化管理的需求和路基施工质量面临的问题,围绕整平施工,针对推土机、平地机开展基于3D机械控制技术的自动找平系统研究,旨在实现铲刀的高程自动控制,全面提高机械的智能化水平.
Research on Automatic Leveling System Based on 3D Mechanical Control Technology
The quality of road construction is directly related to the overall service performance and service life of the road.However,the construction accuracy of traditional manual control machinery can not be guaranteed,and it is difficult to meet the current construction requirements.The automation and intelligence of construction machinery in highway engineering has become a mandatory requirement.Therefore,combined with the needs of standardized management of subgrade construction and the problems faced by subgrade construction quality,this paper focuses on leveling construction,and carries out research on automatic leveling system based on 3D mechanical control technology for bulldozers and graders,aiming at realizing the automatic elevation control of the shovel and comprehensively improving the intelligent level of the machinery.
