摘要

液压支架在煤矿生产中被广泛应用,为进一步提高液压支架的制造精度和使用性能,文章采用文献总结、案例分析等方法,介绍了液压支架的结构和工作原理,指出立柱常见故障及维修方法;从活塞杆加工精度提升、整体装配质量提升两方面出发,详细阐述了立柱再制造精度提升措施,旨在为液压支架立柱的设计与加工提供参考,提升立柱的耐磨损性能.

Abstract

Hydraulic support is widely used in coal mine production.In order to further improve the manufacturing precision and performance of hydraulic support,this paper introduces the structure and working principle of hydraulic support by means of literature summary and case analysis,and points out the common faults and maintenance methods of column.From two aspects of improving the processing precision of the piston rod and the overall assembly quality,the measures to improve the remanufacturing precision of the column are elaborated in detail,aiming to provide reference for the design and processing of the hydraulic support column and improve the wear resistance of the column.
