摘要

地下供排水厂的建设有效缓解了城市地上空间资源紧张的问题,但地下供排水厂投资数额大,在项目初期有效控制地下供排水厂投资估算阶段的风险至关重要.文章以某地下再生水厂工程为例,识别地下供排水厂投资估算阶段的风险,并提出相应控制措施,以供参考.

Abstract

The construction of underground water supply and drainage plants has effectively alleviated the shortage of urban ground space resources.However,the investment amount of underground water supply and drainage plants is large,so it is very important to effectively control the risk in the investment estimation stage of underground water supply and drainage plants at the initial stage of the project.Taking an underground reclaimed water plant project as an example,this paper identifies the risks in the investment estimation stage of underground water supply and drainage plants,and puts forward corresponding control measures for reference.
