摘要
作为核心基础设施,水利项目在确保水资源供给和推动社会经济增长方面扮演着重要角色,基于此,水利工程的标准化管理显得尤为重要.文章从水利工程标准化管理的短板与对策出发,以怀远淮河河道管理局为例,系统梳理分析管理现状,积极为提升标准化管理水平拓思路、寻经验,以切实推动怀远淮河管理事业高质量发展,为水利工程的标准化管理提供参考.
Abstract
As the core infrastructure,water conservancy projects play an important role in ensuring the supply of water resources and promoting social and economic growth.Based on this,the standardized management of water conservancy engineering is particularly important.Starting from the shortcomings and countermeasures of standardized management of water conservancy engineering,this paper takes Huaiyuan Huaihe River Management Bureau as an example to systematically sort out and analyze the current situation of management,actively explore ideas and experience for improving the level of standardized management,so as to effectively promote the high-quality development of Huaiyuan Huaihe River management and provide reference for the standardized management of water conservancy engineering.
