摘要

南京某竖井项目采用了机械掘进悬吊拼装竖井施工工法(SAM工法),基于该工艺的竖井,具有开挖深度深、须为水下封底形式的特点.文章计算了封底混凝土扩散半径及首封混凝土量,从清底、封底平台安装、导管选用、水下混凝土浇筑等环节出发,总结了封底流程及关键技术,以供参考.

Abstract

A shaft project in Nanjing adopts the Suspended Segmental Shaft Automatic Mechanical method(SAM method).The shaft based on this process has the characteristics of deep excavation depth and underwater bottom sealing form.The diffusion radius of bottom sealing concrete and the amount of first sealing concrete are calculated.Starting from the bottom cleaning,bottom sealing platform installation,duct selection,underwater concrete pouring and other links,the bottom sealing process and key technologies are summarized for reference.
