摘要
文章分析了水利水电工程在特殊季节施工中所面临的问题,并提出相应的解决方案.通过研究冬季施工的保温防冻关键技术、雨季施工的防洪防汛关键技术,以及夏季施工的防暑降温关键技术等,为工程实践提供指导.同时,还探讨了特殊季节施工中的安全管理和风险控制策略,以保障施工人员安全和工程顺利进行.
Abstract
This paper analyzes the problems faced by water conservancy and hydropower engineering construction in special seasons,and puts forward the corresponding solutions.By studying the key technologies of heat preservation and anti-freezing in winter construction,flood control in rainy season construction,and heat prevention and temperature reduction in summer construction,it provides guidance for engineering practice.At the same time,the safety management and risk control strategies for construction in special seasons will also be discussed to ensure the safety of construction personnel and the smooth progress of the engineering.
