文章针对房屋建筑施工外墙、屋面渗漏问题,探讨房屋建筑渗漏问题出现的主要原因,并从优化混凝土配合比、设计屋面排水系统、填充施工缝、防渗漏施工质量评估、后期维护等方面,详细剖析房屋建筑关键部位的防渗漏施工工艺和技术要点,旨在为房屋建筑施工提供一套全面、高效的防渗漏解决方案,提升房屋建筑工程施工质量.
Abstract
Aiming at the leakage problem of exterior wall and roof in housing building construction,this paper discusses the main causes of leakage problem in housing building,and analyzes the anti-leakage construction technology and key technical points of key parts of the housing building in detail from the aspects of optimizing concrete mixture proportion,designing roof drainage system,filling construction joints,anti-leakage construction quality evaluation and later maintenance,aiming at providing a comprehensive and efficient anti-leakage solution for housing building and improving the construction quality of housing building engineering.
