The construction conditions of the reconstruction and expansion engineering are complex,and the construction has a great impact on the surrounding expressways.In this process,the application of prestressed pipe piles can significantly improve the bearing capacity of natural soft soil foundation and reduce the difference of subgrade settlement.Because the pipe pile is prefabricated,it has the characteristics of large treatment depth,high vertical load on the single pile,and fast construction speed,which is more and more widely used in expressway reconstruction and expansion engineering.Based on the example of Maoming-Zhanjiang Expressway reconstruction and expansion engineering,this paper introduces the application of prestressed pipe pile technology in soft foundation treatment in reconstruction and expansion engineering,and provides reference for subsequent reconstruction and expansion project construction.
