过断层巷道围岩支护技术研究与实践

断层破碎带是煤矿开采常见的地质构造,过断层破碎带巷道经常发生大变形,甚至坍塌,限制了矿山的安全高效生产.文章以滨湖煤矿 16205工作面材料巷为工程背景,通过现场勘测,研究了巷道围岩在断层破碎带影响下变形破坏的特征和原因,提出了"封闭式U型钢架+喷射混凝土+注浆+锚网索"联合支护方案,并进行了现场工业性试验.结果表明,在观测的90 d内,巷道顶底板及两帮最大变形量分别为81 mm和49 mm,且巷道表面光滑,无混凝土开裂、锚杆断裂现象.
Fault fracture zone is a common geological structure in coal mining.Large deformation and even collapse often occur in tunnels passing through fault fracture zone,which limits the safe and efficient production of mines.Based on the engineering background of material tunnel in 16205 working face of Binhu Coal Mine,this paper studies the characteristics and causes of deformation damage of tunnel surrounding rock under the influence of fault fracture zone through field investigation,and puts forward the combined support scheme of"closed U-shaped steel frame+shotcrete+grouting+anchor mesh cable",and carries out field industrial test.The results show that within 90 days of observation,the maximum deformation of the roof,floor and two sides of the tunnel is 81 mm and 49 mm respectively,and the surface of the tunnel is smooth without concrete cracking and bolt fracture.
