复杂临水嵌岩端承桩基础施工技术研究

贵州省剑河至黎平高速公路平信特大桥的10号、11 号主墩基础处于复杂临水环境,地质为粉质板子岩石,设计采用嵌岩端承桩.若采用传统的人工挖孔桩施工,风险大、周期长,难以满足施工需求.又因地形为坡面且邻水,无法正常立钻施工.文章经研究,结合实际地质、水文环境,搭设钻机平台,给冲击钻创造施工环境,解决了复杂临水环境嵌岩端承桩施工难题.
Research on Construction Technology of Complex Water-adjacent and Rock-socketed End Bearing Pile Foundation
The foundation of No.10 and No.11 main piers of Pingxin extra-large bridge on Jianhe-Liping Expressway in Guizhou Province is in a complex water-adjacent environment.The geology is silty slate rock,and the rock-socketed end bearing piles are designed.If the traditional hand digging pile construction is adopted,the risk is large and the period is long,which is difficult to meet the construction needs.Because the terrain is slope and adjacent to water,it is impossible to conduct normal vertical drilling construction.Based on the research,combined with the actual geological and hydrological environment,the drill platform is set up to create a construction environment for the impact drill,and the construction problem of rock-socketed end bearing pile in complex water-adjacent environment is solved.
