随着城市轨道交通的发展和地下空间的开发利用,盖挖逆作法成为地铁施工的常见方法.钢管柱作为盖挖逆作施工的主体承载及力学传导结构,其施工质量直接影响地铁站整体施工质量和安全.为此,文章结合深惠城际西丽站盖挖逆作法施工实例,总结了盖挖逆作法施工钢管柱的重难点,并对液压垂直插入钢管柱技术在盖挖逆作法地铁站施工中的应用展开论述,以期为类似地铁站钢管柱施工提供参考.
The Application of Hydraulic Vertical Insertion Steel Pipe Column Technology in Subway Construction with Cover and Cut-top Down Method
With the development of urban rail transit and the development and utilization of underground space,the cover and cut-top down method has become a common method in subway construction.As the main bearing and mechanical transmission structure of cover and cut-top down construction,the construction quality of steel pipe column directly affects the overall construction quality and safety of subway station.For this reason,combined with construction example of cover and cut-top down method in Xili Station of Shenzhen-Huizhou Intercity,this paper summarizes the key and difficult points of the steel pipe column construction with cover and cut-top down method,and discusses the application of hydraulic vertical insertion steel pipe column technology in the construction of subway station by the cover and cut-top down method,in order to provide reference for the construction of steel pipe column in similar subway stations.
